Based in Bath, Rob is a portrait painter who is inspired by capturing the human form. Mainly self-taught, Rob’s influences are Van Gogh and Caravaggio as well as the Russian artist Ilya Repin. Rob paints in oils and is always keen to experiment with new styles and techniques. He runs painting lessons at studios in Bath and Bristol.
